These sections are organized so App Store and Google Play reviewers can verify compliance quickly.
Section 2A · Fitness & watchOS
Fitness & watchOS applications (RepPulse)
Applies to RepPulse and similar Apple Watch / iOS fitness utilities we publish.
Motion & sensor data (CoreMotion)
Accelerometer and gyroscope motion data is processed 100% locally on the Apple Watch to count reps and related movement in real time.
That sensor stream is used for on-device computation only. It is never stored by Curious Logic LLC as a remote profile and is never transmitted off-device by us for analytics, advertising, or resale.
Apple HealthKit
HealthKit compliance. Health data such as workout sessions and active calories is read from and/or written to HealthKit solely for app functionality you choose to enable.
HealthKit data is NEVER sold, NEVER shared with data brokers, and NEVER used for advertising or marketing.
Access is limited to the HealthKit categories the app requests and you authorize in iOS / watchOS settings. You can revoke access at any time in system Settings; the app will stop using HealthKit as required by Apple.
Section 2B · Connected apps & games
Connected apps, developer tools & gaming
Applies to Mogul Rising, CrossNiche, and other gaming or concept apps that may include authentication, advertising, analytics, or synced preferences.
Sign in with Apple & OAuth
Where an app offers Sign in with Apple or other OAuth / platform sign-in, we collect only minimal account identifiers needed to manage account state and synced preferences—typically a stable user identifier and, if you choose to share it, an email address.
We do not use Sign in with Apple credentials for advertising. You may delete your account and associated server-side data at any time via in-app controls where available, or by emailing
hello@curiouslogicstudio.com
(see Section 5).
Advertising & analytics (Google AdMob / networks)
Apps that show ads or collect diagnostics may use Google AdMob or similar third-party networks and analytics tools.
Those providers may process technical data—such as IP address, device model or identifiers, and crash / diagnostic logs—for ad serving, measurement, analytics, and fraud protection.
Their practices are also governed by their own privacy policies (for Google, see Google’s
Privacy Policy and
Advertising technologies).
Where we publish an app-ads.txt file on the Site, it identifies authorized digital sellers for our inventory.
COPPA / age-gating (default-to-safety)
For apps with ad integration (including Mogul Rising), we use age-gating and a default-to-safety rule:
unverified users and users treated as children under COPPA (generally under 13 in the United States) receive non-personalized, family-friendly ads, with personalized tracking via IDFA / AAID disabled.
Where applicable, we configure the Google Mobile Ads SDK with child-directed / under-age-of-consent treatment (including options such as tagForChildDirectedTreatment and tagForUnderAgeOfConsent) as documented for our builds.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate parental consent.
If you believe we have collected such information in error, contact
hello@curiouslogicstudio.com.
Tracking controls
On iOS, apps that request tracking follow Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework.
Manage permissions under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
On Android, reset or limit the Advertising ID and interest-based ads in Google / Privacy settings (labels vary by device).
Section 2C · Pre-release & teasers
Pre-release, beta & teaser applications
Applies to TestFlight builds, Google Play Beta programs, website teasers, and featured concept apps showcased on curiouslogicstudio.com.
Waitlists & launch notices
If you submit an email address for a waitlist, early access list, or product update signup on the Site, we use that address strictly for developer communication and app launch notices related to the project you signed up for.
We do not sell waitlist emails or use them for unrelated third-party advertising.
You can request removal from a waitlist by emailing
hello@curiouslogicstudio.com.
Beta diagnostics & feedback
If you join a TestFlight, Google Play Beta, or similar pre-release program, we may receive crash logs, diagnostic reports, and voluntary feedback you submit through those channels or in-app reporting tools.
We use that information to improve stability and product quality. Beta builds remain subject to this Privacy Policy and any additional terms shown in the beta invitation.
